Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping takes about 2–5 business days within the U.S. or 5–15 business days within Canada. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships. For more information on shipping, visit here.
We partner with trusted production studios across the USA and Canada. Your order is always routed to the closest in-stock location to ensure the fastest processing and delivery.
We currently ship to the United States 🇺🇸 and Canada 🇨🇦. We hope to add more destinations in the future!
We want you to love what you ordered. Every piece is printed just for you - no shelves, no stockrooms, no mass production. Because of that, we can’t process returns like big box stores do, but we’ll always do our best to make things right.
You have 14 days from delivery to get in touch about any concerns.
- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
- For other returns or exchanges, items must be unworn and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

If something’s off, we’ll take care of it. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We can make changes or cancellations within a few hours of purchase, before production begins. If you need to update your order, reach out as soon as possible.
We print on premium-quality blanks such as Comfort Colors and Gildan, selected for softness, durability, and that relaxed, lived-in feel. All designs are printed using high-quality DTG printing for rich color and long-lasting wear.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for updates to appear.
Depending on availability, your items may ship separately. If that happens, you’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can usually update it. Once it ships, we’re unable to reroute packages, so double-check your details at checkout.
